I’m Nekole, a licensed Natural Hair Specialist, Loc Artist, and Certified Extensionist devoted to the care, health, and elevation of all hair textures. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in natural hair, loc services, luxury braids, and seamless extension installations. My mission is to prioritize healthy hair while delivering elevated, intentional results in a private luxury salon experience. To ensure the highest quality and longevity, I work with a trusted luxury extension vendor and strongly prefer to provide extension hair for extension services. Outside extension hair must be approved prior to your appointment. Every appointment includes a luxury cleanse and blow-dry so your service begins with a clean, healthy foundation. Please review the following before booking: • The Texture Haus does not accept appointments for children under the age of 13. Please do not book services for anyone younger than 13, as deposits are non-refundable. • Deposits are non-refundable and reserve your appointment time. • A 24-hour notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to a late fee. After 30 minutes, the appointment must be rescheduled. • No extra guests are permitted during appointments. • Braiding clients: After booking, please contact me via text or email to confirm your desired hair color and any special requests needed to prepare for your appointment. Natural hair colors are provided for braiding services. Specialty colors must be purchased by the client unless otherwise discussed. Cancellation Policy
I have a 15mins grace period.
After that you are considered late and there is a $25 fee. At 25-30mins the appointment is cancelled with no refund for deposit. No call no show, a 30% cancellation fee is applied and one is no longer able to schedule with me again. Thank you for your consideration
